What type of documents should I show to the representatives of a rental company when picking-up a scooter?

All you need is a valid drivers license and credit card. All rentals have a $250 deposit refunded after the unit is returned.

Can a paraplegic use these?

No, you must be able to physically able to get in and out.

Yes

You can ride and enter through the hotel lobby name-here, take the elevator down (fits two easily) and enjoy the Riverwalk!
